Neck Spur Surgery at Laser Spine Institute: A 5-Day Process to Healing & Relief

Neck Spur Surgery at Laser Spine Institute: A 5-Day Process to Healing & Relief

The road you’ve traveled with your neck spur symptoms has been a long one. After noticing the telltale pain, stiffness, and weakness in your neck, shoulders, and arms, you tried to manage your symptoms with medication, injections, and physical therapy, but nothing seemed to work for very long. Now, months later, you’re hoping for a solution that can bring the fastest relief possible.

Once non-surgical methods have failed to ease neck spur symptoms, the next step is typically surgery - either open back surgery or endoscopic surgery. And, since open back surgery can mean months of painful recuperation (not to mention higher risk and lower success rates), endoscopic surgery is seen as a better option that can have patients on their feet in about an hour and feeling better in as little as two weeks.

At Laser Spine Institute, our mission is to put patients on the quickest path to relief from neck spur problems and other chronic back issues. A big part of this mission is our revolutionary 5-day process in which our patients receive physical examinations, tests, x-rays, an MRI, surgery, physical therapy, and a return trip home - all in less than a week.

Our outpatient 5-day process includes:

  • Day One - Physical exam, EKG, blood tests, x-ray, and MRI (if your latest MRI is more than 6 months old)
  • Day Two - Review of tests and scans with a surgeon to arrive at a current assessment of your condition
  • Day Three - Discussion with anesthesiologist and then outpatient endoscopic surgery lasting 45-90 minutes which can have you on your feet in another hour or two
  • Day Four - Return to our facility’s physical therapy wing for a day of physical therapy
  • Day Five - More physical therapy, an examination of the surgery wound, fresh bandages, and release from LSI to go home

After enduring neck spur discomfort for months or years, who would have thought it possible to feel like a new person in just 5 days? We think you will agree that it’s time to find a better answer to your condition, and LSI would like to be your partner in finding this answer and helping you get your life back.

Please contact with Laser Spine Institute today to learn more about our 5-day process and to receive a free MRI or CT scan review.
